Article: Endangered BIOS Haven (Saving Endangered BIOS since 2006)
(N=Newbie, E=Hardware Enthusiast, O=Overclocker, B=Budget)
Many thanks to contributors for providing the BIOS.
I. Introduction
I started this to cater for BIOS that may be lost in time, thru various upgrades, revisions, and well, new motherboard releases. A major disclaimer is that, you should be sure you know what you are doing when working with this BIOS. I make no guarantee that the BIOS will work on your system and ensure you understand the risks associated for doing such. I take no responsibility for any damage done to you or your rig.
I do not plan to save A* related BIOS so if you're looking for that, you're in the wrong site. I also do not plan to save ALL the BIOS for I*, only a select few. How do I define which to save? Well, leave that one up to me. In any case, if you have any BIOS that you feel worth saving (I* only), do send me a shout out or post in the forum of make a comment on my Blog. Add a very short reason why it's worth saving and also what motherboard it applies (and revision if needed).
Right now, there's hardly any BIOS here, but hey, with my fanboyism and your help, I can probably make this a good repository. Till next...
