I. Introduction

The Intel® Desktop Board D945GTP will be the second Intel®-branded board that I will be reviewing and putting on the test bench. This board belongs to what Chipzilla categorized as an Executive Series and geared for Digital Office computing. Do note that while there will be a similar branding name, there will be differing series and hence, some features may or may not be available.

II. Specification

The board is targetted for mainstream business computing, and comes with the necessary features and functions such as Gigabit LAN, Intel® HD Audio, integrated Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 950 and Trusted Platform Module for additional security in computing.
